Terms & Conditions

Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of French coaching sessions offered by Cyril Cloet (sole trader, French business registration number SIRET 844 068 783 00019) via the website frenchwithcyril.com.

Services offered

• Free 30-minute discovery session
• 60-minute individual session (price shown on the website)
• 10-session package (price shown on the website)

Pricing

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). The price shown at the time of booking is the one applicable to the order.

Booking and payment

Sessions and packages are booked via the online booking platform (Cal.com). Payment is due at the time of booking for individual sessions and packages (excluding the free discovery session).

Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, clients based in France or the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, if the client explicitly requests that the service begin before this period ends (for example, by booking a session within 14 days of purchase), they acknowledge waiving their right of withdrawal for the session(s) already delivered, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Any session cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is considered due and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Beyond this notice period, the session may be rescheduled free of charge to a later date.

Packages

Sessions within a package are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. They are booked progressively, at the client's convenience, within this validity period.

Liability

Cyril Cloet is committed to delivering sessions with diligence and professionalism. Learning outcomes depend on the client's personal commitment and cannot be guaranteed.
